Jim Delaney is the founder and principal consultant of Talent Experience Group. He has held a myriad of leadership roles across learning and talent organizations throughout his career, and recently directed a multi-year strategy and roadmap for the HR Workforce Analytics and AI Enablement function at a Big Four accounting firm. Jim specializes in talent transformation, digital platforms, and modern measurement & analytics. In 2018, he was selected to participate in the Cornell University SC Johnson College of Business Leadership Advantage development program.

 

Jim has presented at several talent & learning conferences and facilitated workshops on a variety of topics. Jim serves as an adjunct instructor with college workforce development programs teaching foundational GenAI courses in the Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC area. He holds several GenAI credentials and recently completed Google's Generative AI Leader certification program.
